Meditation & Mindfulness Classes

THE FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH  •  3pm - 4.30pm  •  Mind Body Heart studio Wembley

These once a month meditation sessions are primarily offered to provide ongoing support and connection for those who've done my 6 week Meditation & Mindfulness for Everyday Life course.

Everyone is welcome though, whether you already have your own regular, or not so regular practice happening, or just want to get started and don't want to wait for my next 6 week course to begin.  Love to meet you.

The sessions are not structured and will be tailored to suit those attending each session.  They will include time to meditate and some time for interaction.

For those that are new to meditation, I will give enough guidance to get you started, but it's recommended you come along to a 6 week course for a more thorough introduction when convenient.    

I have a passion to help people develop their own regular meditation practice and support them on their continued journey.

It's also just a lovely thing to all catch up and share a friendly, easy going and relaxing hour and a half together.  Everyone leaves feeling pretty chilled and renewed.

(and it's a good idea to check the calendar closer to the time of each class to make sure there haven't been any time or date changes as sometimes this may be necessary ... life happens!)

Yoga mats, cushions, bolsters and chairs are available to make you comfortable

In the cooler months there are a few blankets available, however if you really feel the cold it might be best to bring your own to make sure you're cosy
